Mixer Grinder is designed for grinding of various materials in wet or dry grinding mills in the food industry. The mixer grinder features a bucket type feed hopper to standardize feed volumes. It has an efficient feeding system, which ensures the most appropriate material flow and good performance throughout the whole process with minimized energy consumption. The machine is equipped with a powerful motor and with both mobile stands and fixed bearings to achieve high production speeds while ensuring easy changeover between automatic and manual operation. The three most important elements, the shear pins between the rotor and stator ring, the grinding elements themselves and the drive shaft are all made of high quality cast iron. A separate motor is used for each part to ensure power where it is really needed – at the cutting edges of the stator blades – giving maximum output per unit time with minimal running costs. The shear pins and the motor is fitted in a special cast iron housing, eliminating the risk of movement due to thermal expansion and contraction. The whole assembly is then placed directly on a solid beam on which the stator ring rotates. The stator ring itself consists of many positive edges, on each side of which the cutting elements are mounted. Directly above this assembly, a bevel gear box gives conical cutters excellent rotational rigidity while still allowing considerable play to ensure that all grinding elements maintain a sharp cutting edge throughout their life cycle. The stator blade made of high quality steel ensures a long life span for each element while combining with the cast iron shear pins to give excellent wear resistance. The rotor is fitted with a cast iron housing that is able to accommodate both the magnet ring and the drive shaft. The magnet ring causes the rotor to rotate uniformly, allowing for low friction even in high-speed grinding conditions. For fast changeover between manual and automatic operation, the double-sided motor can be removed from its housing on supported stands, while leaving the fixed bearing in place. The fixed bearing which allows 50% more rotation on each revolution ensures simpler installation of new elements.
